The below documents follow the ideation process for a automated external defibrillator that is to be sold at your local drug store. The project was to redefine what an AED is and bring it to the masses in a simple, compact, and intimidating package.


Final Design - Below is the work history

For the Statement of Work I created the below inspirational proclamation that was the basis for the design thinking for all aspects for of this project.


"The End User is someone who has never used or has limited knowledge regarding the use of a defibrillator. User should be able to understand instructions, follow instructions, use device, and be confident that they used it correctly – FOR THE FIRST TIME. "
